I have worked with the Carlow G.A.A. inter-county set up for the last 7 years with various age groups from U-14s to U- 20s. At present I’m working Carlow U17 hurlers.
I am also a certified PPI Pilates instructor who works with people of all ages as well as working with sports teams and private groups to build fitness and help reduce the risk of injuries.
I also enjoy running in my spare time and like to participate in races and events on a regular basis. I derive great satisfaction from coaching people and conducting running classes on a weekly basis to help beginners and also train more advanced participants for marathons etc. I devise training plans for people competing at various levels for couch to 5k right through to disciplines like the marathon.
